My steps are not recording. What can I do?
If your steps are not recording, let us share the information on how our application works.
Our app takes information from your device’s activity manager to track your steps and speed, whether the device is stationary or moving (walking/running). So that means you need to have your phone with you while you’re walking in order for the steps to be recorded correctly.
Also, please check whether you have enabled access to your physical activity on your phone: to do that, please go to:
Settings (on your device) > Privacy > Health > FastEasy > Allow Fast Easy to read data.
In addition, please make sure you have enabled FastEasy notifications
On your device: go to Settings > Notifications > select FastEasy > Allow notifications as displayed below
Inside the application: go to Profile > Reminders
